Can a 16 year old move away from home?

I don't get along with my family at all. O have two stepbrothers and a stepmom that im always fighting with and i just want to get away from them all. She treats me like Im nothing and lets me get out of the house one day a week to see my boyfriend. I am 16 years old and I was wondering if there is any way i could move out without the cops bringing me back home and wthout getting emancipated. Please Help!
