Should we sell Cornwall?

Let's be honest. Cornwall is nice to go for 2 weeks every 5 years or so and they make ok cider. But what else does it really do apart from cost money for infrastructure etc. Why don't we just sell it another country (like we have Gibralter and Northern Ireland etc) so they can own and maintain it instead. If we got a few Billion quid for it that allowed everyone to have a free University Education and build more housing wouldn;t that be great?
