Why does yahoo block our newsletter to our subscribers having yahoo account? I am working for a legit company.

If they themselves didn`t subscribe to your newsletters. Then that is considered not legit. No matter if it is or not. Just because its Yahoo does not justify sending several newsletters. A little hint is this = There is spam now a days. Some people do not want it. Yahoo protects clients email boxes from this sort of thing.
