What has more neck? (a) A giraffe or (b) Rebekah Wade?

Surely it's bad enough that she hasn't resigned. But seeing her and Murdoch grinning like Cheshire cats - isn't that an even bigger insult to the victims of the scandal and the decent workers at the NoTW who have been sacked to save her skin?
