Making my 1991 4-lug Mustang a 5-lug with a 1995 Mustang parts, what do i need to do to make work?

Im making my 91 mustang into a 5-lug. My 91 is a v8 with positive traction and the parts im getting them from is from a 1995 mustang v6.what do i need to do to make it fit?
