Question for Christians about the devil & couples?

Christians are strongly encouraged not to be "unequally yoked," in other words, to only marry and befriend believers. So in this case, I agree with you -- it's not the devil that may be getting between you both; instead, it may be the Holy Spirit seeking to show both of you just how fundamentally different you are.
