Should I buy a 1995 Mercedes E300 Diesel?

No because if there are some things wrong with it now, it could be only a few steps away from getting worse. and seeing as it is 15 years old, it could be rotten underneath or be close to it. Buy it if you want but if the roof is oxidizing, that will be expensive. If you do buy it take it to a mechanic to check it out.
