Are Born-Again's/Fundamentalists so intent on knocking-down Mary, Mother of God, into irrelevant?

I am a born again child of Christ, and I think His mother Mary was a wonderful mother and person.But that does not make her holy and pray to her with candles and rosary beads. No human is holy. That is reserved for people God. God bless.
