Could I pull off this hairstyle & hair colour?

The hairstyle would look fine on you. As far as color, I am the kind of person who thinks that what God gave you flatters your skin and eyes the best - but hey, that's just my personal opinion. I think if you go too light with your coloring it won't look natural.
