Does anyone know a runescape stat changer that actualy works?

ok i have played runescape for a couple years and just about a month ago someone stole my p and changed it idk how but it sucks it was a dang good account so i made another one and got it up pretty good and it go stolen again sooo does anyone know any stat changers so i wont have to worry about it getting stolen again please and thank you
