I lost my virginity two days ago, since then I have developed yellow discharge.?

Both my partner and I were virgins at the time and neither of us had experienced anyother ual activity below the waist with anyone else before or after we started dating. Could it be a reaction to a latex condom? Or to the lubricant? Or an infection? Help!
