Is the Mikomi 7mp Webcam good?

I'm looking at a webcam in the Argos catalogue called the Mikomi 7mp webcam. It has 7.7mp still res and 2mp video res. I'm going to record my TV and put videos up on YouTube. Quality isn't extremely important to me, but if it has good quality, that's great, but I've had an issue with a past webcam. Whenever I recorded a little clip that was about 5-10 seconds long, it made a mive file size of over 500MB. 1000MB is the limit for putting videos up on YouTube, and I have seen videos nearly 2 hours long that were allowed on YouTube. So, if my 5 second video compares to this 2 hour long video, you can obviously see that the webcam I was using was making the file size FAR too large. I don't want a webcam that's going to be anything like that, so is there anyone that has used this product before, and if so, can you give me a quick review? The main thing that I'm looking for is that the webcam I purchase shouldn't have the same problem as my last one. Thanks in advance for answering.
