Was Jimmy Carter the world's biggest Christian hypocrite? Why did he murder Bishop Romero in El Salvador?

Why did he ignore Romero's pleas to stop funding the fascists in El Salvador because "they are killing my people?" Why would a "Christian" like Carter be pro-choice?
