Will Chandigarh be the next city to see Skyscrs in its Skyline?

As lot of open space is available, around both the Cities, vertical growth is not expected in near future. When the main Business District will become congested, then only you can expect the multistoried Skyscrs to appear, due to paucity of space. As such Chandigarh is really a well planned City. The skyscrs may spoil its present beauty. Similarly the Ludhiana, which is mainly based on textile Industry, it expand, by spreading all around.
